The grounds for the processing of your personal data is a legal one, the processing being necessary in order to provide the investigations you want to do at the HOUSE OF BEAUTY dental clinic or in order to carry out / conclude and execute a contract to which you are a party or which your employer understood to run with the undersigned.
By your request to carry out investigations with the HOUSE OF BEAUTY dental clinic, you express your consent for your data to be collected/processed and stored according to the specific legal provisions in the field of health.
In addition to the purpose for which they were collected, your data may be processed out of the need to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject, for example in the case of reporting to the competent health authorities, to carry out any checks carried out by the legal authorities, in case of accounting requirements, etc. The collected data is to be stored for the period required by specific health laws. The HOUSE OF BEAUTY CLINIC does not process the data excessively, does not outsource to unauthorised third parties the access to data, and does not run direct marketing campaigns. According to specific health regulations, the medical history records cannot be deleted.
The processing of personal data by the HOUSE OF BEAUTY CLINIC is intended to be done only for the purpose for which your data were collected, without being processed and for a secondary purpose that is incompatible with the main purpose for which your personal data are originally collected. If, however, this happens, we understand to notify you directly, and if this is not possible, the notice will be made through the company’s website.
The data collected are adequate, relevant and limited to what is strictly necessary for the performance of the medical act / provision of the medical service by the HOUSE OF BEAUTY CLINIC and/or the companies in the group or the partner companies. If it happens that a client voluntarily provides more information, it is deleted immediately and the information collected will be used only for the purpose of carrying out the medical act / providing the medical service. The data is not used for other purposes, not even in commercial communications.
We try to limit the processing of your personal data to the size, scope and frequency that are necessary for the purposes of processing and for the purpose for which they were provided. If you apply for a position under recruitment and your CV does not fit the profile/position under recruitment, it will be destroyed without being kept in the database for a possible new position. In case you want your CV to be kept and to be contacted for another future position, please specify this clearly and explicitly.
Your personal data is transferred from and to third parties who process personal data on our behalf. Depending on the purpose for which you provided us with your data, they can be accessed by various departments: accounting, sales, human resources, legal, marketing, call centre.
Disclosure of your personal data to our proxies is based on written contracts or a legal basis.
If in the future we will disclose your personal data to another recipient, then we will inform you about the time of disclosure and the names of the recipients directly, and if this is not possible, we will publish the necessary information on the company’s website.
Your data is located on the territory of Romania, we do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU and EEA, or to an international organization.
We protect the processing of personal data against threats to the processing. The security measures we have put in place are likely to ensure the protection of your personal data.
We make sure that our staff is responsible for the secure processing of personal data. We control the access to the personal data we hold and we control the fact that only the persons who have the right to access the personal data held can access these data and we organize internal discussion sessions related to personal data protection.
We make sure that unauthorised physical access to our personal data is hampered and that we prevent the loss, destruction, damage and alteration of the personal data storage medium.
You have the right to access your personal data. Upon your request, we will confirm whether or not we process your personal data. This right only includes personal data concerning you and is not applicable with reference to third parties. The right also refers to any pseudonymous data that may be clearly related to you. It is very important and we communicate in this way that only the holder has access to their own medical history or any medical investigations performed. If you are unable to appear in person at our headquarters to make a request in this regard, please make sure that the person designated by you has a valid power of attorney for this purpose, otherwise the person will not be able to receive the requested information. Requests received by email or telephone will not be taken into account and the medical history or medical investigations requested on these communication channels will not be taken into account by the company.
If we confirm that we process your personal data, you will receive access to it if you request such access. You will also receive a copy of this data if you request such a copy.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. If you exercise this right, we will stop processing your data, but if the processing takes place on the basis of a legal obligation (for example, reporting to the County Health Insurance Fund, the National Health Insurance Fund, accounting, etc.), this processing will continue. If you exercise this right before accessing medical services within your own system, such an objection will lead to the impossibility of providing you with our services, because without actually identifying you, you cannot access the services provided by the HOUSE OF BEAUTY CLINIC. In this case, you will be notified by the HOUSE OF BEAUTY CLINIC employees/collaborators that your data is not processed and you will not be able to access the medical services provided by the HOUSE OF BEAUTY CLINIC. No refund of any costs paid will be applicable.
You have the right to rectify your personal data. We will rectify your personal data that we process if it is inaccurate or incomplete or you request its recovery or completion.
You have the right to have your personal data deleted. Upon your request, we will delete without undue delay your personal data that we process, if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or we process your data based on a legitimate interest on which your objection prevails and there are no other grounds for processing.

You will receive our response to your request at the email address you provide or, in the absence of an express indication, at the address used to submit the application. Your request will be processed within 30 days of receipt, unless a longer time is required to respond, in which case we will notify you of any delay.

We are a Romanian entity that offers services in Romania to Romanian residents, therefore the applicable law is the Romanian law.
